Due to the nature of the digital products we sell and the industry’s standards we cannot provide refunds for any reason. Please make sure that you have Adobe Lightroom® and that the version of your software is compatible with our products before proceeding with the purchase.

Right after purchase you will receive an email with a download link. Please open that link with your computer or your phone and follow the steps from the manual to import the presets to your Lightroom App or Desktop version.

You are able to download your purchased product as many times as you want – the downloads are unlimited. If your download link does not work anymore - just email us at indreampresets@gmail.com

You can download your presets in 2 ways: 1. You can download your presets by clicking the link in your email. 2. You can download your presets on your checkout page by clicking download link. Just reach out to us at indreapresets@gmail.com and provide us as much information as you can (your full name, order number, correct email, the wrong email and which presets you purchased) and we will be able to find your order and we will send it to the right email adress.
